As I was talking with friends, they argued the necessity of financial security in marriage.
The question is, “what is financial security?”
Without consulting the dictionary or internet search, I view financial security as the assurance of a good marriage life.
How assured can you be without a source of income?
So many young people mistake insanity to morality.
How can you claim to marry for love alone as the right reasons, forgetting that without income, there is no assurance for comfort. without income in marriage, your offspring will be miserable. Without income couples will take to desperation.
What is the use of love without maintenancej?
When you claim your marriage is totally for love and that love can conquer all,, do remember that love doesn’t provide food nor necessities rather it motivates you for the best.
Love doesn’t conquer,,, it only helps to conquer.
When you are unable to pick the bills for your home, you will understand what I mean.
To the person who is at the point of talking a lover into marriage, with the knowledge that he is with no income,,, think twice honey, be sure of the explanation you will give to your unborn children.
I don’t care about the couple, for if you believe love can, then let it,,, but please, what about the future (unborn children)?
Is it not right that we give our kids better than we were given?
Don’t get me wrong, am not asking you to be a gold-digger, am not advising that you go for already made spouse….just calling to mind that an income, no matter how low, is with more security than a promising billions.
When there is no income, there is nothing to manage, therefore no security.
